Nelda N. Hedges

Nelda N. Hedges, 89, of Prospect died Tuesday, Dec. 8, 1998, at Marion
Manor after a two-month illness.
She was retired as an inspector at Ranco in Delaware and was a member
of the Prospect United Methodist Church, Prospect Senior Citizens and the
Prospect Garden Club.
She was born Feb. 6,1909, in Radnor Township to the late Ira D. and Mary
B. Somerlot Hedges and was predeceased by three sisters and a brother.
She is survived by three nieces, five nephews and a brother, Ivan Hedges
of Prospect.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at the Prospect United
Methodist Church. The Rev. David L. Hoffman will officiate and burial will
be at the Prospect Cemetery. Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday
at the Gehm-Ballinger Funeral Home in Prospect.
Memorial contributions may be made to the church memorial fund.
