Junelle Thornberry, 65, of Prospect died Saturday, July 19, 1997, at her residence
after an illness of five years. She was a homemaker. She was born Feb. 3, 1932, in Paint Creek, W. Va., to the late Charles E. and Garnet Wilson McCutcheon. She is survived by her husband, James Thornberry, whom she married April 1, 1980, in Las Vegas, Nev.; a daughter, Linda Carol Thomas of Richwood; two stepsons, J.A. Thornberry, Jr. of Mount Vernon and Robert Thornberry of Massillon; four stepdaughters, Maretha Kibler and Carol Witzel of Marion, Theresa Wolford of Kentucky and Ramona Lockhart of Morrow County; 10 grandchildren; and two brothers Charles McCutcheon of Surfside Beach, S.C., and Jerry W. McCutcheon of Prospect. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the Gehm-Ballinger Funeral Home in Prospect and burial will be at the Prospect Cemetery.
