Dorothy Ellen Morris
Marion resident Dorothy Ellen Morris, 64, died Saturday, May
18, 1996 at her residence. The driver for Budget-Rent-A-Car had been
in failing health for six weeks.
She was born July 15, 1931 in Akron, daughter of the late James
and Goldie Jane Tope Grue.
Surviving are two sons: David Sams of Columbus and Roger
Sams of Lewisburg, PA; two daughters: Diana Gibson and Janet
Sams, both of Marion; seven grandchildren; six greatgrandchildren
and a sister Louise Lamkin of Columbus.
Funeral services were held Tuesday, May 21 at Ballinger Funeral
Home with the Rev. Wilbur R. Boyer officiating. Interment was
at Claibourne Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice at Marion
Genera) Hospital.
