Ottie Ilo Watkins

Radnor area resident Ottie Ilo Watkins, 90, died Saturday, April
27, 1996 at The Arbors in Delaware following a brief illness.
The daughter of the late Charles and Ila Mays Reed was born
April 8, 1906 in Meigs County. She was married to Edward J.
Watkins, June 8, 1929, who preceded her in death February 3,
1961.
She was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church, East Side
Garden Club, Prospect Senior Citizens and Jolly Joysters Club.
Surviving are two daughters: Mary Lou Beckley of Phoenix, AR
and Jean Schrock of Marengo; four grandchildren and six greatgrandchildren.
Also surviving are three sisters: Mary Ward and
Esta Conway, both of Akron and Lena Hess of Springfield. Two
sons are deceased.
Funeral services were conducted by the Rev. Monty Kaufman
Tuesday, April 30 at St. Paul's Lutheran Church with burial at
Radnor Cemetery. Gehm-Ballingcr Funeral Home was in charge
of arrangements.
Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice at Grady
Memorial Hospital in Delaware.
