Harold Scott Barnes


Retired farmer, Harold Scott
Barnes, 71 of Radnor, died Sunday.
April 23, 1995 at Wendt-Bristol
Extended Care in Columbus
following an extended illness.
He was a member of Prospect
United Methodist Church, 4-H
advisor, and formerly served on
the Delaware Rural Electric
Board and Delaware ASCS.
A native of Tiffin, he was
born December 26, 1923, son of
the late Walter and Evelyn
Scott Barnes. He married the
former Wahneta Ackley October
6, 1947.
Surviving are his wife, a son
Tim, of Radnor, a daughter Sue
Cunningham, of Prospect; three
grandchildren; and a brother
George of Bradenton, FL. A
brother John preceded him in
death.
Rev. Jeffrey D. Jewell will
conduct funeral services Thursday,
April 27 at 11 a.m. at Prospect
United Methodist
Church. Burial will be at Radnor
Cemetery.

Home, where friends may call
Wednesday, April 26 2-4 and
7-9 p.m., was in charge of
arrangements.
Memorial contributions may
