Mildred T. "Midge" Hill; 78,
of Winter Haven, FL, died Monday,
Jan. 2, 1995 at Winter Haven
Hospital. The former Richwood
resident was a member of Mt.
Carmel #42 OES, former
member of the Winter Haven
Sweet Adelines and retired
organist for the Winter Haven
Trinity United Methodist
Church. Recognized for her
musical talents, she was asked
to perform for various service
organizations and was an
honorary member of the Winter
Haven Lions Club.
The daughter of K. Carl and
Mary Hunt Dixon. was born
April 30,1916 in Richwood. She
was married to B. K. "Kes"
Hill, who preceded her in death.
Surviving are a son Barry of
Lakeview; a daughter Marcia
Sharma of Tallahassee, FL; and
three grandchildren.
Funeral services were held
Sunday, Jan. 8 at Ballinger
Funeral Home with Rev. Wilbur
Boyer officiating. Burial was at
Claibourne Cemetery.
