Edith J. Hanson. 88. died at
Holmes Regional Medical
Center in Melbourne. FL Monday.
May 22, 1995.
The retired registered nurse
graduated from Springfield City
Hospital School of Nursing
and Defiance College. She was
a member of Melbourne
Seventh Dav Adventist
Church.
A native of Union County,
she was born May 30, 1906.
daughter of the late Chauncey
and Ethel Wright Jolliff. Her
husband Dr. Millard C. Hanson
preceded her in death in 1972.
Surviving are a stepson,
Charles Hanson, of Richmond.
VA and a stepdaughter, Claire
Patterson, of San Francisco. A
brother, Edwin Jolliff is
deceased.
Fred Cheney conducted
graveside services Monday.
May 29 at York Cemetery. Ballinger
Funeral Home was in
charge of arrangements.
