Mabel I. Griffiths

Former Richwood resident
Mabel I. Griffiths died Wednesday,
June 21, 1995 at the Waterman
Hospital in Eustis, FL. She had
been in failing health for several
years. The daughter of the late
Ray and Mary Kinney Beaver
was born Nov. 1, 1916 in
Richwood. On Nov. 17,1934 she
married David R. Griffiths who
died Aug. 22, 1977.
Surviving are two daughters,
Mary Kay Griffiths of Altoona,
FL, and Phyllis Rawlings,
Ocoee, FL; 8 grandchildren and
12 great grandchildren; one
sister, Mildred Bricker, El Cajon,
CA. Deceased are one son
and one grandson.
She was a member of Ihe
Richwood First Baptist Church.
Funeral services were held
Sunday, June 25 at the Ballinger
Funeral Home in Richwood
with Rev. James R.
Taylor officiating. Interment
was held at the Radnor
Cemetery.
