Charles Walter Lane
Prospect resident, Charles
Walter Lane, 75, died Monday,
Nov. 7, 1994 at Community Nursing
Center after a 3 1/2 year illness.
The farmer retired in 1981 from
PPG in Delaware. He was a
Radnor High School graduate
and U.S. Army Air Force
veteran.
The son of Harvey Chester
and Rosa Robinson Lane was
born July 21, 1919 in Delaware
County. August 5, 1943, he
married the former Maude
Seaton, who survives.
Also surviving are a
daughter, Julie Ann Cline of
Fredericktown; two sons, Larry
of Prospect and Garry of Hermitage.
PA; five grandchildren;
two sisters, Thelma Russell of
Marion and Irene Good of Prospect:
and a brother John of
Marion. A brother Lester
preceded him in death.
Graveside services will he
held Wednesday, Nov. 9 at
at 1:30 p.m. at Radnor Cemetery
with Rev. Monty Kaufman officiating.
Gehm-Ballinger Funeral Home
was in charge of arrangements.
Memorial contributions may
be made to the Alzheimer's
Association.
