William Earl Vance


William Earl Vance, 67, of Delaware died Friday, July 15, 1994, at his
residence.
A World War II veteran of the U.S. Army, he was a retired finisher from B. F.
Goodrich after 25 years of service. He was a former member of the Prospect United
Methodist Church and the Marion Amvets.
He was born March 21,1927, in Sandusky to the late Kenneth Earl and Hazel
L. Fulton Vance.
He married Vinnie LaVon Nonis on Feb. 14,1978, in Prospect and she survives.
He is also survived by a daughter, Mrs. Jack (Diane) Wigle of Marion; a
stepdaughter, Pamela Sue Maybeny of Magnetic Springs; a stepson, Donald
Norris of Marion; six grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and three sisters,
Marjorie Clayton of Marion, Marilyn Kilfian of Raymond and Isobel Gopp of
Florida.
Graveside memorial services and military services will be held at 11 a.m.
Tuesday at the Prospect Cemetery. The Rev. Linda Meredith will officiate.
There will be no calling hours. The Ballinger Funeral Home in Richwood is in
charge of arrangements.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
