Caroline Margaret Stiffler,
78, Prospect, died Friday. April
9, 1993 at Marion General Hospital.
She was a retired Ranco
employee and member of St.
Paul's Lutheran Church,
Beacon Sewing Group and Prospect
Senior Citizens.
The Prospect native was
born October 25, 1914.
daughter of the late Samuel P.
and Hazel Thomas Lauer. June
26, 1936 she married Clifford
Stiffler, who survives.
Also surviving are a son,
Robert of Ft. Wayne, IN; a
granddaughter and a step-great
grandson; two brothers: Charles_
-1;auerand Samuel L~auer, BotR~
of Prospect. A brother and
sister preceded her in death.
Rev^ Monty Kaufman con-_
ducted funeral services Monday,
April 12 at St. Paul's
Lutheran Church. Burial was in
Prospect Cemetery. Gehm-
Ballinger-Peppard Funeral
Home was in charge of
arrangements.
Memorial contributions may
be made to St. Paul's Lutheran
Church or Battle Run Emergency
Squad and Fire Department.
