Cecille O. Osborn
Former Prospect resident Cecille O. Osborn, 93 passed away Saturday, Nov. 27 in Washington Manor Nursing Home, Centerville. She had been in failing health several years.
The owner and operator of the former Osborn Store in Prospect was a member of the Prospect Baptist Church; also a former member and Worthy Matron of the O. E. S. at Prospect. She was a member of the Americn Legion Aux. and All Arts Cub.
Born March 16, 1900 at Annapoplis, she was a daughter of the late William Jackson and Alice A. (Frasier) Orr. She married harold D. Osborn in Bellefontaine. He died in 1956.
Surviving is a daugher of Mrs. James (jeri) Summers of Dayton. Two brothers and three sisters are deceased.
Funeral services were scheduled for Wednesday, Dec. 1, 1993 at 11:00 AM in the Gehm-Ballinger-Peppard Funeral Home, Prospect with Rev. Rob Schlatter officating. Friends may call one hour prior to the service. Burial will be in Prospect Cemetery. Friends may make contributions to the American Heart Association.
