Bemice Morgan

Bemice Morgan, 86, of Richwood
and formerly of Essex died unexpectedly
at home on Tuesday, Jan. 5,
1993.
She was the owner and operator of
Morgan's Market in Essex and was a
teacher in West Jackson. She was a
member of the Essex United Methodist
Church and the Women's Society
of the church.
She was born in Union County on
Sept. 8,1906, to the late Forrest E. and
Effie M. Wells Mosher. She married
Edward T. Morgan on June 12,1929,
and he preceded her in death on Sept.
1. 1990.
She is survived by a sister, Ivalou
Black of Seminole, Ha.
Funeral services will be held at 1
p.m. on Saturday at the Ballinger-
Peppard Funeral Home in Richwood.
Interment will be at the Price Cemetery
near Richwood. Friends may call
on Friday from 7 to 9 pjn.
Memorial contributions may be
made to the Essex United Methodist
Church memorial fund or to the Richwood
Civic Center.
