Alma D. Bomeli

Alma D. Bomeli, 93, died
Thursday, June 10, 1993 at Marion
Manor. The former Union
County resident had been in
failing health for several years.
She was a member of
York-McKendree United Methodist
Church. The Union County
native was born Dec. 12, 1889,
daughter of James Frank and
Sarah Louise Cheney Hoffman.
Oct. 9, 1919 she married
Edward J. Bomeli who preceded
her in death March 21,
1982.
Surviving are three sons,
Edwin of Bowling Green,
Walter of Bangor, MI, Dr.
Arden of Pittsburgh, PA; 10
grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren;
and one great-greatgrandchild.
Two sisters and
seven brothers preceded her in
death.
Funeral services were held
Monday, June 14 at the
Ballinger-Peppard Funeral
Home with burial in York
Cemetery.
