Mary Myrtle Jordan

Former Richwood resident,
Mary Myrtle Jordan, 93, died
Friday, June 18, 1993 at Maplewood
Nursing Home in Marion. She
had been in failing health for
several years.
The member of Central
United Methodist Church was
born Dec. 2, 1899, daughter of
Clement and .Bessie Fisher
Shoup. In 1920 she married
Dewey Jordan who preceded
her in death Dec. 2, 1964.
Surviving are a son, Kenneth
B. "Wimp" Jordan of Marion;
two grandchildren: four greatgrandchildren;
two step-grandchildren
and four step-greatgrandchildren.
A daughter and
two brothers are deceased.
Funeral services were held
Monday. June 21 at the
Ballinger-Peppard Funeral
Home with Rev. Mike Hensley
officiating. Burial was in
Claibourne Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may
be made to the Central Ohio
Lung Association.
