Geraldine Adelsperger


Geraldine Adelsperger age 95 of Prospect, died Monday Morning September 10, 2007 at Summerville at Chestnut Hill, she was born June 3, 1912 in Richwood, the daughter of the late Oliver and Ola (Jerew) Everett, she was married to Roy L. Adams and then to Kenneth Adelsperger, both husbands preceded her in death

Geraldine was formerly a caseworker in the Morrow County Welfare Dept., before graduating from Ohio Northern University with a degree in Education. She taught many yrs. in the Mt. Gilead and Pleasant School Districts

She is survived by a nephew, Jon Everett of Gahanna, along with nieces Linda Kennedy and Cynthia Thorne of Georgia, Mary Jo Everett of Cleveland and Donna Hughes of Florida

A Brother Earl Everett preceded her in death

Geraldine was a member of the Prospect U.M. Church, Prospect Senior Citizens, Order of the Eastern Star, Women’s Federation, Artisan’s Guild and the Literature Study Club

She would like to acknowledge her church family at Prospect U.M. Church, her neighbors and her friends who were so important to her.

Funeral services will be held Thursday September 13, 2007 at 11:00 am at the Prospect U.M. Church, where friends may call 1 hour prior to the service, Rev. David Hoffman will officiate, burial will be in the Price Cemetery
