Anna Mae Caldwell, 86, of Florida died Tuesday, September 11, 2007 in Avon Park, Florida. She was born April 5, 1921 in Radnor to the late Rufus Erwin and Della Leona (Williams) Downing.
On Oct 17, 1950 she married Junior Laverne “Joe” Caldwell in New Jersey, and he died September 28, 1998. Anna Mae loved to travel and was a big fan of the Sons of the Pioneers. She is survived by a son, John Russel (Patricia) Whitaker, Sebring, Florida; a daughter, Sandra Lola (Bruce) Lowe, Summerfield, Florida, 3 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, 2 step grandchildren, 3 step great-grandchildren and 2 step great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by 3 sisters, Mabel, Myrtle and Mary Lola and 4 brothers, Henry, Lester, Lloyd and Rufus. Graveside Services will be held Sunday, September 16, 2007 at 2:00 PM in the Radnor Cemetery with Rev. Russell Makant officiating.
