Gerald Edward Strait

Gerald Edward Strait, age 77, died Thursday September 25, 2008 at 12:30 PM at Community nursing Center in Marion.
He was born April 3, 1931 in Akron Ohio to the late Oscar and Cynthia (Rutherford)Strait.  IN 1952 he married Hesater Mae Friend and she died in 2002. He is survived by 2 sons; Jerry and Oscar Strait and 1 daughter Geraldine (David) Duddy. 5 Grandchildren 3 Great Grandchildren and 2 Great Great Grandchildren. 3 Sisters Irene Morgan , Leona Rattliff and Margaret Friend. Two Sons; Gerald Jr. and David Strait and one brother are deceased. Threr will be no calling hours or service.
Arrangements are being handle at the Stofcheck-Ballinger Funeral Home in LaRue.
