Walter “Ralph” Fisher
Walter “Ralph” Fisher, age 84 of Byhalia died Wednesday, November 26, 2008 at the Grant Medical Center in Columbus. He was born December 20, 1923 in Lima to the late Otto and Goldie (Phillips) Fisher.
He was a veteran of the U. S. Army during World War ll and was retired from O.M. Scotts. He was a member of the Moose Lodge and attended York-McKendree United Methodist Church. Ralph never missed an opportunity to play the Lotto and he liked to play pool. He always owned a Cadillac, as that was his favorite car. Collies were his favorite dog and a few of his dear pets have passed since.
He is survived by his son and daughter-in-law, Billy and Terri Fisher, Oakdale, California.
Funeral services will be held Friday, December 5, 2008 at 1:00 PM in the Stofcheck-Ballinger Funeral Home, Richwood with Pastor Nancy Day-Achauer officiating. Burial will follow in Byhalia Cemetery. Friends may call 2 hours prior to the service beginning at 11:00 AM.
