Carolyn L. Goins
Carolyn L. Goins, age 69 of Marion, died Saturday evening, January 24, 2009 at Citrus Memorial Hospital, Inverness, Florida. She was born April 23, 1939 in Marion to the late Glen D. and Hezel Evelyn (Ross) Bevis.
She attended Shiloh Community Church and loved being with family and friends.
On November 2, 1995 she married Ronald E. Goins and he survives in Marion. She is also survived by three daughters, Linda Aline (Alan) Townsend, Dallas, GA; Cheryl Ann Simpson, Greenville, SC; Michelle Erline Clark, Marion,OH; a son, Lee Alan (Dani) Goins, Upper Sandusky, OH; a sister, Janice E. (Bud) Smith of Union County and 6 grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son, Christopher Alan Wolfe.
Funeral services will be held Friday, January 30, 2009 at 11:00 AM in the Stofcheck-Ballinger Funeral Home, Richwood with Pastor Bill Wasserbeck officiating. Burial will follow in Prospect Cemetery. Friends may call from 5 to 7 PM on Thursday.
