June O. Price


June O. Price age 73 of Prospect died early Monday morning November 2, 2009 at the home of her daughter, she was surrounded by her loving and devoted family.
June was born September 17, 1936 in Frakes, Kentucky to the late Garrett and Martha (Lambdin)Partin.
She was the hard working owner/operator of Price’s Upholstery in Prospect for over 40 yrs., June enjoyed her work and also the friendships made from yrs of service to Prospect and the surrounding Communities, she had the knack of turning trash to treasures.
June was a gentle soul who was very spiritual.
The true joy of her life was her family; she loved spending time with not only her immediate family but her entire extended family.
Surviving are 3 children: Myra (Mark) Glandon of Prospect, Heather (Jeff) Ferrell of Prospect and Don (Susan) Price of Bedford, Mass.
Grandchildren: Krystal and Justin Price, Abbey, Logan and Luke Ferrell, Angie Stevens, Kimberly (Sherman) Stevens, Rachel (Joe) Albanese
Great Grandchildren: Zane Haserodt, Kaylee Henderson and Cody Lehman
Brothers and sisters: Edith Britton of Virginia Beach, Va., Mae Overton of Clairfield, Tn., Lois (Jake) Davis of Benton, Ky., Jean Lowe of Cincinnati, Maxine Potts of Middletown, Edra (John) Mitchell of Denver, Co.,Noretta (Terry) Pugsley of Williamsburg, Ky.,Bobbie (Dick) McLaughlin of Middletown, Ken (Patsy) Partin of Louisville, Ky., Larry (Diane) Partin of North Richland Hills, Tx., Ronnie (Maxine) Partin of Williamsburg, Ky., and Randall (Debbie) Partin of Williamsburg, Ky.,
Predeceased by her former husband and father of their children: Donald Price, 4 brothers: Wayne, Edd, Earl and Troy Partin
Funeral services will be held Thursday November 5, 2009 at 11:00 am at the Stofcheck-Ballinger Funeral Home in Prospect where friends may call Wednesday from 4-7 pm, Pastor Steve Whitaker will officiate, burial will follow in the Prospect Cemetery.
