| Lee Ann Carr, age 50, of Powell, Ohio, died suddenly Thursday, February 9, 2012 at Riverside Methodist Hospital.
Born in Cincinnati, she was a graduate of Mason High School, Class of 1979. Lee Ann was a 30+ year employee of Cigna HealthCare where she was most recently appointed an Accounts Receivable Manager. She was of the Protestant faith. Lee Ann was preceded in death by her father Charlie McDaniel. She is survived by her husband of 13 years, David Carr; son Jesse (fiancé, Kristina Compher) Wiegold, of Worthington; grandson Gavin Wiegold; step-daughter Samantha Carr, of Powell; mother Rhetta McDaniel, of Mason, Ohio; brother Randal (Joy) McDaniel, of Angleton, Texas; and many other relatives, co-workers and friends. She will be sadly missed by all. Lee Ann chose to give the gift of life by being an organ donor. Visitation will be held from 2-4 & 6-8pm.
