Donna Kay Sparling
Donna Kay Sparling, 78 of Cadiz died Wednesday, July 17 at 11:00 am at the Primrose Retirement Community in Marion, Ohio.
Donna was born Dec. 27, 1934 in Clintonville, Mass. The daughter of the late Clifton and Lila (Washlick) Tolbert, Donna married Carl G. Sparling in 1955. They had four children, Brian (Laurel) Sparling of Marion, Stephen (Terri) Sparling of Ravenna, Mike (Gay) Sparling of Baltic and Susan Sparling of Worthington.
Surviving Donna are her husband of more than 57 years, Carl (Doc), and their four children; Donna’s two sisters, Carol Coldren of Worthington and Lillie Tolbert of Lebanon; 16 grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
Donna was a member of the Scott Memorial United Methodist Church 817 E Market St. Cadiz, OH 43907. There will be a Memorial Service at 1 p.m. Friday, July 26, 2013 at the church. The family will receive friends there from noon until the time of service.
