David W. "Fu Man" Heller


David W. "Fu Man" Heller, 66 of LaRue, died Wednesday, July 4, 2018 at his home.

He was born March 18, 1952 to the late Robert D. and Jo Ann (Hoffman) Heller.

He was a maintenance technician at Eaton, and its various other names for over 30 years. He enjoyed fishing, especially at Indian Lake. He also traveled to Kentucky and Tennessee to fish, stopping at the casinos on the way to and from. David spent a couple years in California after going out to visit a friend.

He is survived by four sisters, Pamela “P.J.” (Kreig) Hitz of Waldo; Nancy (Ronald) Robbins of Maricopa, Arizona; Vicki (Keith Landry) Ford of Sun Lakes, Arizona; Cathi (Chris Guidry) Boles of Denver; Colorado; two brothers, Edgar (Linda) Heller of Fort Wayne, Indiana; Mark (Jean) Heller of LaRue; and many close friends, including the Appelfellers, Ballingers and Bensons.

Friends may call from 3 to 6 PM on Thursday, July 12, 2018 at the Stofcheck-Ballinger Funeral Home, LaRue. A wake celebrating David’s life will immediately follow at Coonies.

Memorial gifts may be given to a charity of the donor’s choice.
