She was born February 21, 1958 in Columbus to Charles and Rosalyn (Buckley) Tuller and they survive in Florida.

Julie grew up in Dublin on the Tuller Fruit Farm and graduated from Dublin High School. She spent one year at Taylor University until she met her future husband, John Regula. Also surviving are her grandchildren, Eli and Isaac Cole; brothers: Jeff (Kelly) Tuller of Dublin and David (Traci Pelton) Tuller of Utah.

Julie was a true farmer’s wife and auction clerk for 40 years with her husband. She enjoyed her family, especially her beloved grandkids. She also loved quilting and spending time in Florida; Disney World was her “Happy Place”. She was a huge O.S.U. fan and attended many football and basketball games.
