Robert E. “Bob” Foley
Robert Eugene “Bob” Foley, 64 of Richwood, died Friday, September 25, 2020 at Riverside Methodist Hospital.
He was born December 9, 1955 in Marion to the late Ed and Donna (Bendler Jacks) Foley. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Brenda (Hughes) Foley on July 3, 2012, the day of their 29th anniversary; and a sister, Cheryl Cook.
Bob loved old westerns, WWF, outdoors and his dog, Hoss. He loved being a mechanic and working with his hands and was employed at Salvage One for many years. A widower for eight years, he was lucky enough to find love again later in life with Susan Bowen.
He is survived by his children, Jessica (Shawn) Ryan, Marysville; Justin Foley, Richwood; and Joyce (Mike) Goins, Richwood; grandchildren, Rylee, Brehanna, Jaelynn, Johnathan, Jack, Hannah and Ally; great-grandchildren, Braxtyn, Ellianna, and Nathan; brothers and sisters, Donald Foley, West Liberty; Rick (Paula) Foley, Mansfield; Linda Crabtree, Virginia; Pat Cordal, Richwood; and Charles “Chuckie” Jordan, Gallipolis.
A celebration of life will be held Sunday, October 4, 2020 at 2:00 PM at the Richwood VFW Post 870.
