Sandra K. "SanDee" Tidd
Sandra K. Tidd, 76 of Richwood, died Thursday, November 19, 2020 at the home of her son in Key West, Florida, with her children gently holding their dear mother's hand.
She was born February 26, 1944 in Greencastle, Indiana. On March 10, 1967 she married Claude L. Tidd Jr. in Michigan and he died February 11, 2019 after nearly 52 years of marriage. She was also preceded in death by her mother, Toby Cole; and two brothers, Mike Perry and Ron Perry.
SanDee loved the community of Richwood. She was a long-time school bus driver for North Union Local Schools. In her later years she truly enjoyed her retirement with Claude. She enjoyed eating out, and enjoyed margaritas, which always made her cheeks red. SanDee loved taking care of her great-grandchildren (which she cherished being able to be active enough to watch them on her own); and loved cooking for her family. If you left grandma's house hungry, that was your own fault!
She is survived by a son, Gregory (Ruthie) McCloud, Key West; a daughter, Penni Jolliff, Ft. Lauderdale; grandchildren, Meagan (Kyle) Horn, Marion; Ian McCloud, Richwood; Evan McCloud, Richwood; Keshia Todhunter, Dublin; Amber Klaiber, Dublin; great-grandchildren, Karson, Lily, and Reese; and her grand-furbabies, Munchie and Bella.
A memorial service will take place in Richwood at a later date.
