Stephen Ray Reber


Stephen Ray Reber, 55 of Richwood, died Monday morning February 1, 2021 at his home.

He was born November 30, 1965 in Alliance to the late Robert Reber and his mother Margaret (Hipkins) Gintz, she survives in Richwood.

Steve was a meat cutter/manager for Giant Eagle in Columbus, he was currently working at the Polaris store.

He loved hunting, deer hunting, especially when he was able to go with Mike Atzinger, he cherished this time. Along with this, he was a strong supporter of the N.R.A.
Stephen loved riding his Harley, he was a true outdoorsman. He also rooted for the Buckeyes and the Browns.
But his true love in life was his family. He was a big softy at heart.
 
Surviving along with his mother is his wife Jennifer (Hill) Reber, they were married October 1, 2004 at their home in Richwood, his children: Stephen Ray Reber II of North Canton, Alicia (David Bailey) Reber of Mogadore and Traven Reber at home.
Grandson: Braxton Bailey
Siblings: Richard (Joy Bennett) of Marysville and Rob (Cindy) Reber of Coshocton
Nieces and nephews: Lara Shaneyfelt, Sara, Rob and Sean Reber
Stepmom: Bonnie Reber of Alliance

There will be a Gathering of Family and Friends to celebrate Stephen’s life on Monday February 8, 2021 from 1-3 pm at the Stofcheck-Ballinger Funeral Home in Richwood. (Strict COVID-19 precautions will be enforced)
