Wanda Jividen


Wanda Jividen, 66 of New Bloomington died early Saturday morning April 16, 2022 at the Marion General Hospital.

She was born March 16, 1956 in Kermit, West Virginia to the late Andy and Spicey Bell (Spaulding) Dillon. She was also preceded in death by 4 siblings.

Wanda knew her Lord and Savior and took pride in her Baptist faith. She enjoyed going for car rides, whether they were going to a yard sale, cruising around Amish Country, or to a game of Bingo. She was known for her love of flowers, but most of all she was known as a wonderful cook/baker. Her ‘southern style’ was known throughout their family, and everyone couldn’t get enough of Wanda’s food. An avid decorator and crafter, her creative spirit could be seen throughout their home.  Above all however, she cherished her time with her family and will be remembered for her tender heart.

Surviving is her husband, Randall Jividen, they were married October 10, 1995 in Inez, Kentucky.                    
Also surviving are her children: James A. (Krystel) Clegg II of Marion, Kevin M. (Michelle) Clegg of Richwood, and a grandson whom she raised as her son, James A. Clegg III of New Bloomington. Grandchildren: Lillian Bell Clegg, Amron Clegg, Nicholaus A. Stamper, Michael W. Clegg, Cadance E. Clegg, and Breanna R. Stiles. Siblings: Grethel Conn of Kermit, WV, Bertha Stowers of Pembroke, Virginia, Dewey Dillon also of Pembroke, VA, and Cletus Dillon of Pataskala.

Funeral Services will be held Friday April 22, 2022 at 1:00 pm at the Stofcheck-Ballinger Funeral Home in LaRue; Pastor Ken Wert will officiate, burial will follow at the Agosta Cemetery. Friends may call two hours prior to the service beginning at 11:00 am at the funeral home in LaRue.
