He was born March 7, 1936 in Prospect, Ohio to the late John and Elizabeth (Boyer) Taylor. He married Wanda Mason and she survives in Marion. Also surviving are two sons; James L. Ruth was a 1949 graduate of the Prospect High School where she had been a cheerleader. She was a longtime active member of the Prospect United Methodist Church.
She was true farmwife, helping out wherever needed. Ruth enjoyed caring for her flowers and garden, but most importantly, taking care of her family.

He was a member of the Prospect United Methodist Church and was veteran of the U. S. Army. A 1948 graduate of Richwood High School, he was a hard-working and dedicated farmer his entire life. He enjoyed going to flea markets and loved watching football, especially the Ohio State Buckeyes and the Cleveland Browns. He also played football in his younger days.

RICHWOOD — Dessie D. Teets, 87, 11 George St., died Saturday September 30, 1995 at Arbors of Delaware Nursing Home.
Born August 19, 1908, she was the daughter of the late John and Hattie (Almendinger) Kilfian.
On July 12, 1945, she married Leo D. Teets. He died March 27, 1995.
A homemaker, she was a member of the Pharisburg United Methodist Church, Womans Society, Leesburg Grange, and the Richwood Civic Center.

| Paul Eugene “Gene” Tevis amily moved to the Broadway-Raymond area in Union County. Paul attended Broadway School which consolidated with Raymond and was re-named Northwestern School, where he graduated from.
On December 31, 1954 he married the late JoAnne Elizabeth (Jacobs) Tevis at the Richmond Methodist Church and she died December 6, 2011. They moved to the Richwood area and were blessed with five children who attended and graduated from the North Union Schools.

She was bom Aug. 8,1913, in Marion, to Bennie and Quintillia (Puletti) Sica. Both are deceased.
On Feb. 20, 1947, she married Richard H. Thibaut, who survives.
Mrs. Thibaut was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, LaRue, and worked more than 23 years as cook at Elgin High School. She retired in 1989.

He was born Dec. 27,1918, in Prospect, to the late George and Maude (Kline) Thibaut.
He worked for the railroad and then he served his country when he joined the U.S. Navy and was honorably discharged. He was a member of the American Legion Post 584 of Marion and VFW Post 7201 of Marion.
He married Antoinette Sica on Feb. 20,1947.

| Kathleen "Kathy" Thiel ing from Cigna in the early 90’s, she was able to devote time to her love of gardening and sewing. Due to her extraordinary attention to detail, she became quite the master seamstress and embroiderer. Kathy and Steve enjoyed traveling and spending time at their Lake Erie summer home fishing, sightseeing, visiting wineries, and local cuisine.
We will greatly miss Kathy’s quirky jokes and off the wall comments.
