She served on Governor Celeste's Panel for Innovative Elementary Education in the 1980's. Throughout her life, Brenda wrote poetry. Ernest "Ted" Haines, 75, 424 Bal-lantine Ave., died Saturday Dec 30, 1989 at Marion Manor Nursing Home after a short illness.
Mr. Haines was bron on June 22, 1914 in Union County, a son of the
