1994, at her residence after a 7-month illness.
She was a member of the Blue Star Mothers of America in Marysville and
TOPS.
She was bom Aug. 5,1910, in Marion County to the late Milford and Bertha
Kepler Gilbert. She married Marvin Edwin Phelps on March 13,1959, and he
died Jan. 10,1977. She was also preceded in death by two sisters and three

Thomas Leuellen Taylor, 92 of Radnor, the eldest son of Arthur and Bertha Parish Taylor, went to be with his Lord Saturday, June 26, 2004.
He was born April 20, 1912 in Marion County. He was retired from farming and sheep shearing. He was a state sheep shearing champion. One spring he sheared 4,000 sheep. He was also an avid “Reds” fan.
