Bernice Evelyn (Owens) Phipps e late Lloyd and Hazel (Mitchell) Owens. She was also preceded in death by a sister, Opal Flohr.
On September 29, 1946 she married Beryl L. Phipps in Lancaster, and he died July 23, 2003.
Bernice attended the Somersville Friends Church and was a Sunday School teacher for the Youth for over 50 years. She had a 40-year perfect attendance record.
