Russell H. Smith was born May 16, 1923 in Lewis County, Ky., a son of the late Matt and Sarah Clark Smith.
On Jan. 17, 1949, he married the former Norma Nelson. She survives.

Sally enjoyed cooking, camping, wiener roasts and sewing but especially liked helping friends and neighbors. She loved to travel all over the U. S.
