Helen L. Weaver, 89 of Marysville, died Thursday evening, October 22, 2015 at the Milcrest Nursing Center.   She was born February 2, 1926 in Pharisburg to the late Clyde and Clara (Mohn) Cramer. She was first married to Raymond R.
