Arthur G. Price, 80, of Richwood died Monday evening, April 21, 2008 at his home surrounded by his loving family.  He was born December 28, 1927 in LaRue to the late Morris N. and Lenore (Cahill) Price. On January 23, 1948 he married the love of his life, Phyllis Jean Hixon and she died January 21, 2002 after 54 years of marriage.
