Schrote, age 90 of rural Prospect, died early Tuesday morning, January 17, 2012 at Marion Manor, where he had been a beloved resident since May.  He was born January 25, 1921 in Marion County to the late Moses Samuel and Anna Christina (Rinnert) Schrote.
