Cloyce Lucille Ledley Cloyce Lucille Ledley, age 91, formerly of Richwood, died early Wednesday morning, May 20, 2009 at Heartland of Marysville. She was born July 28, 1917 in Richwood to the late Robert and Helen (Prater) Stout Sr.
On February 19, 1935 she married Everett Joseph Ledley and he died October 8, 1975.

Jeff was fun loving and caring, he was always the center of the party. He loved people and people loved him. He truly loved spending time with his entire family, but maybe especially with his granddaughters the most. He also loved to go fishing.

Geneva Eline Leeper 4, Richwood, died Tuesday afternoon, Feb. 4,1992, at Riverside Hospital after an extended illness.
She was a homemaker, a graduate of Richwood High School and a member of the Pharisburg United Methodist Church.
She was born May 7,1912 in Rich-wood, to James Harrison and Florence (Eddy) Evans who preceded her in death.
On July 15,1933 in Greenup, Ky., she married John L. Leeper of Richwood.

Damon Leffler, 86, 9404 North St., LaRue, died Tuesday July 16, 1996 at his residence.
Born May 25, 1910, in Marion County, he was the son of the late John and Ethel (Ledley) Leffler.
On Sept. 29, 1941, he married Mary Ellen Shirk, and she survives.
He worked all his life for the Lingo Oil Go. delivering oil and operating the gas station in Mount Victory. He was a World War II U.S. Army veteran and member of Phillippi-Clement American Legion
