Paul E. Phipps
Paul E. Phipps, 61, of Mt. Victory, formerly of the
Somersville area, died peacefully Wednesday, March 28, 2007,
at Heartland of Marion, following a long battle with kidney
dialysis.
He married the former Angela Davis, and together they ran
Paul's Pizza in Somersville for many years.

Willis Beard hospital actually made a new award for Willie, “Happy Talker Award”, to symbolize what he meant to all there.
Surviving is his sister: Etta Mae Hitt of Richwood and her family, special friends: Lloyd Phipps, Jim Payne, Paul and Pam Reynolds and Carla Reinhard, all who meant so much to him.
Graveside services will be held Thursday January 23, 2020 at 11:00 am at the York Cemetery, Paul Reynolds will officiate.

Paul Allen Major Paul Allen Major, 78 of LaRue, died Saturday November 25, 2023 at the Marion General Hospital.
He was born November 7, 1945 in Claibourne Township, Union County to the late Charles Harsh and Alice Mae (Phipps) Major. He was also preceded in death by siblings, Charles Major Jr., Wanda Compton and Carolyn Goins.
