| Helen Eloise Phipps Helen Eloise Phipps, 94 of York Center, died Wednesday afternoon November 11, 2015 at the Milcrest Nursing Home. She was born April 15, 1921 at home in York Township to the late Howard and Lelah Dale (Ralston) McMahan. She was also predeceased by her loving husband, Victor Bernard Phipps of 58 years, one granddaughter, Sheila Blumenschein and one brother, Abner McMahan.

Helen Phipps, 86, of Richwood, died peacefully early Tuesday morning, June 6, 2006, at Heartland of Marysville.
She worked for many years at restaurants around Marysville, but retired from O.D.O.T. in 1984.
She was born Aug. 1, 1919, in the Youngstown area. On Aug. 1, 1942, she married Albert Phipps and he died in November 1994.
