Scotts 20-Year Club. He had attended the Claibourne Advent Church and
the Pharisburg United Methodist Church. One of his passions in life was
playing bingo and he played at many places in the area. He enjoyed
raising sheep, gardening, playing euchre and fishing and taking precise

Victor D. Markham pt. and was the Claibourne Township Zoning Inspector for years.
Vic loved to golf, he was an original member of the Richwood Golf League and the old “Sweet Sixteen” golf group. He was a talented gardener and always took great pride in his yard and home.
