Royal O. Webb Royal O. Webb, 71, of Richwood died Friday, Sept. 17, 1999, at Select
Specialty Hospital at Doctor's Park North after a 10-year illness.
He was retired after 18 years as the sexton at the Price Cemetery and was
a member of Central United Methodist Church in Richwood.
He was born Dec. 16, 1927, in Richwood to the late Owen and Millie L
Perry Webb.
He is survived by his wife, Maxine Manley whom he married July 2, 1943,

Iris Helen Manley married Lester L. Manley April 3, 1920, and he survives.
A homemaker, she attended Essex United Methodist Church.
Other survivors include two sons, Monty L. Webb, Richwood, and Wayne Manley, Marion; three daughters, Mrs. Royal (Maxine) Webb, Mrs. Stanley (Errawanna) Krawczyk and Pamela Cox, all Richwood; seven grandchil- dren; and 18 great-grandchildren.

Lester L. Manley 34 years of service. He was a U.S. Army veteran of World War I and was of Methodist faith.
His wife, the former Iris H. Me-hring, whom he married April 3, 1920, died Feb. 8, 1986.
Also surviving are two other daughters, Mrs. Royal (Maxine) Webb and Pam Lambert, Richwood; two sons, Wayne Manley and Monte
Webb, Marion; seven grandchildren; and 23 great-grandchildren. Four brothers and a sister are deceased.

community. She was a volunteer for the Richwood Emergency Squad and a
member of the Essex United Methodist Women.
She was born March 31, 1928, in Delaware to the late Lester and Iris
Manley. She married Royal Owen Webb July 2, 1946, in Greenup, Ky., and
he died Sept. 17, 1999, after 53 years of marriage.
