He died at 12:40 a.m. today at Eastlawn Manor in Marion.
He was born March 1,1884, in Union County to Levi and Sarah (Carter) Blue.
He was married to Maggie L Rosette May 8, 1907, in Marysville. She died Nov. 19, 1967.

She died at 9:40 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 8, 1991, at Sunny Vee Nursing Home, Delaware, Ohio.
She was born May 18, 1908, in Bowling Green Township, Marion County, to Sterl C. and Maggie (Rosette) Blue. On Dec. 24, 1928, she married Carl C. Carothers. He preceded her in death on Aug. 29, 1964.

She had a soft spot for animals and is survived by Sasha (grand dog) and her three Russian Blue cats Tas, Sterling, and Silver. Her son, grandsons, and great-grandchildren were her pride and joy. The native of Union County was bom May 1, 1912, a daughter of Edgar and Daisy Reece Hoffman.
Mrs. Wittibslager was a home-maker and member of LaRue United Methodist Church.
Her husband, Sterling C. Wittibslager, whom she married March 27, 1932, survives.
