Franklin O. Russell, 73, of Richwood, died Friday morning (Aug. 20, 1999) at his home.
He was born Nov. 6, 1925, in Marion, to Frank Edward Russell and Mary Ethel (Packer) Russell.
Mr. Russell was a World War II Navy veteran, serving on the USS Louisville in the Pacific. He was a retired home builder and enjoyed visits to Heritage Restaurant in Richwood for coffee and friendship.
